At EuroCoffee, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Minimum Order and Delivery

  • Minimum Order: There is no minimum order requirement. However, to qualify for free delivery, certain criteria must be met:
    • Dubai, Abu Dhabi City, Sharjah: Free delivery for orders AED 200 and above.
    • Other Regions in the UAE: Free delivery for orders AED 200 and above.
  • Regular Delivery Rates (if free delivery criteria are not met):
    • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: AED 25
    • Other Regions: AED 50

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all areas within the UAE, including:

  • Dubai
  • Sharjah
  • Abu Dhabi City
  • Ajman
  • Umm al-Quwain
  • Ras al-Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Other remote locations across the UAE

3. Delivery Times

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi City: Same day or maximum 48 hours.
  • Other Regions in the UAE: Within 72 hours.
  • Remote Locations: Within 96 hours.

4. Wrong or Defective Items & Refunds

  • If you receive a wrong or defective item, you can return it within 3 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund immediately.

5. When Returns Are Not Possible

  • Timing: The request is made more than 3 days after delivery.
  • Condition: The product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
  • Warranty Coverage: The product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty for defects.
  • Consumables: The consumable item has been used or installed.
  • Serial Numbers & Parts: The product has tampered or missing serial numbers, or missing parts from the original package.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide Details: When contacting us, please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to return your items.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned not in its original condition or is damaged).
