What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order. However, to qualify for free delivery, certain criteria must be met:
  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi City, Sharjah: Free delivery for orders AED 200 and above.  
  • Other regions in the UAE: Free delivery for orders AED 200 and above. 
Regular Delivery Rates (if free delivery criteria are not met): 
  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: AED 25 
  • Other Regions: AED 50

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all areas within the UAE, including:
  • Dubai
  • Sharjah
  • Abu Dhabi City
  • Ajman
  • Umm al-Quwain
  • Ras al-Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Other remote locations across the UAE

What is the minimum delivery time?

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi City: Same day or maximum 48 hours
  • Other Regions in the UAE: 72 hours
  • Remote locations: 96 hours
How to use promotional coupons

Enter your code and click "Apply."

Wrong or defective items & refunds

If you receive a wrong or defective item, you can return it within 3 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. 

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund immediately

When are returns not possible?

  • The request is made more than 3 days after delivery.
  • The product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
  • The product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty for defects.
  • The consumable item has been used or installed.
  • The product has tampered or missing serial numbers or missing parts from the original package.
