Refund & Return Policy
We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our customers. Our 7-day return policy applies from the date the customer receives the item and will be fulfilled under the following conditions:
Refund Process for Customer Error
Incorrect Selections
If a customer makes an incorrect selection, please note:
The original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Credit Card Purchases
For purchases made with a credit card, refunds will incur a deduction of a 4% administrative fee.
The original shipping fees will also be deducted from the amount refunded.
Return Methods
Customers may return items by:
Shipping them back to us (return shipping cost to be borne by the customer), or
Delivering them directly to our showroom.
Refund Process for Company Error
1. Company Accountability
If the company is at fault (for example, shipping the wrong item or providing a defective product):
The full initial shipping fee will be refunded.
A full refund will be processed once the item is inspected and approved.
2. Return Shipping Costs
In such cases, the company will cover the return shipping costs incurred by the customer.
Coffee Machine Return Policy (Special Conditions)
Due to the nature and value of coffee machines, the following additional conditions apply:
Coffee machines are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery only.
The machine must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
Machines that have been used, connected to water, filled with coffee, or installed will not be eligible for return, unless found defective.
If a coffee machine is returned due to customer error, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (if you wish to include this — optional).
Any damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions will void eligibility for return.
If the machine is defective or damaged upon delivery, customers must notify us immediately for evaluation and corrective action.
Conditions for Refunds
All returned items must:
Be in their original condition and packaging.
Include all original accessories and documentation.
Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will only be initiated after the item has been received and thoroughly inspected by our team.
Defective / Damaged Items or Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take corrective action accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food products including coffee).
Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
Sale items.
Gift cards.

Exchanges
Following confirmation of return acceptance by our team, customers may proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you of the refund status.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, according to the policies stated above.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
