The single origin cherries used are 100% Arabica coffee grown at altitudes between 1400-1600 meters. They are select harvested by hand to guarantee only ripe fruit with the most developed flavor. Grown in the Dipilto and Jalapa mountain range of Nicaragua, expertly dried and then delivered to our factory in Italy to use our time honored methods. We have created a syrup with a unique flavor that highlights the terroir and reflects the landscape from which it was grown.
