There is no minimum order. Delivery is free of charge when certain criteria is met:

FREE DELIVERY:

  • FREE DELIVERY within Dubai, Abu Dhabi City and Sharjah: AED 400 and above.
  • FREE DELIVERY for regions of UAE not mentioned above: AED 500 and above.
  • FREE DELIVERY for remote locations AED 1000 and above.

REGULAR DELIVERY RATES (IN CASE FREE DELIVERY CRITERIA IS NOT MET)

  • Dubai: Flat rate of AED 25
  • Other Regions: AED 50

We deliver to all areas within the UAE.

After you have decided on the products that you want to order, press Check Out and below your products you will find a field “Enter Discount Code Here". Enter the code and press "Apply." button

  • Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi City | 48 hours.
  • Other Regions of UAE except for very remote locations | 72 hours
  • Remote locations | 96 hours
If the item received is wrong or defective, you can return the item (within 3 days after delivery) in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item and conditions are met, we will process the refund immediately.

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 3 days from delivery.
  • Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
